You’re oversharing, and it’s costing you. Big time.

Much of our world is digital first and your reputation is shaped by every piece of information floating around about you. From outdated social media posts to irrelevant details from your past, it’s all influencing how valuable others perceive you to be.

But here’s the thing: you have the power to control the narrative.

It’s time to trim the fat on intel that no longer serves your future. I’m not talking about being deceitful—I’m talking about being more strategic.

Most people make the mistake of oversharing, laying out their entire life story for anyone to dissect. But the top 1% know better.

They understand that less is more. They leave room for intrigue, for conversation, for the chance to mirror, adapt, and persuade in person.

You can’t do that with a LinkedIn profile or a resume. Once it’s in writing, it’s set in stone.

So take a hard look at your past. Does it all still serve you? How could you reframe it to better align with your future goals?

Be bold. Be strategic. And most importantly, be in control of your own narrative.

Stay fearless, friends.

See you next week.
